Authorization of Charge

By signing this Credit Card Authorization Form, you authorize Travel & Lifestyle, LLC (DBA Wander Barefoot) to charge the credit card provided for approved travel‑related services. These services may include accommodations, airfare, transportation, tours and excursions, dining reservations, travel insurance, planning or service fees, and other related travel experiences. You confirm that the amount being charged has been reviewed and approved by you prior to processing.

Role as Travel Advisor

Wander Barefoot acts as a travel advisor and agent on behalf of third‑party travel suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, resorts, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and insurance companies. All travel services are provided by these independent suppliers. Wander Barefoot facilitates reservations and payments on your behalf but does not own, operate, or control the services provided by these suppliers.

Supplier Policies & Refunds

All bookings are subject to the individual cancellation, change, and refund policies of the travel supplier. Once payment has been processed according to the supplier’s terms, charges may be non‑refundable. By signing this form, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the applicable supplier policies. You understand that refunds, credits, or changes are subject solely to the supplier’s rules and timelines.

Pricing & Changes

Travel pricing is dynamic and subject to change until payment is processed. Quoted rates, availability, and terms are not guaranteed until confirmed with payment. Once payment has been submitted and accepted by the supplier, the booking is considered confirmed and subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions.

Chargeback Policy

If you have questions or concerns regarding a charge, you agree to contact Wander Barefoot directly so the matter may be reviewed and addressed promptly. While you retain your rights with your credit card provider, we ask that you allow Wander Barefoot the opportunity to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks for properly authorized charges processed in accordance with agreed‑upon services may result in additional fees or collection efforts.

Liability Limitations

Wander Barefoot is not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, delays, service disruptions, bankruptcy, insolvency, or defaults of any travel supplier. We are also not liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government actions, labor disruptions, public health events, mechanical failures, or other force majeure events. By signing this form, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and that Wander Barefoot’s responsibility is limited to arranging services with third‑party suppliers.

Security & Privacy of Information

Your credit card information and personal data will be handled with care and used solely for authorized travel‑related transactions. Wander Barefoot does not store credit card information beyond what is necessary to process approved charges and follows reasonable administrative safeguards to protect your information.

We will not sell or share your personal information except as required to complete travel arrangements or as permitted by applicable law. You may have rights under California privacy laws regarding access, correction, deletion, and sharing of your personal information; please contact us if you have questions about how your information is used.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, except where California law requires specific consumer protections. Any disputes shall be resolved in Idaho unless otherwise required by applicable law.
